HLCC Rates for the 2025-2026 School Year

RATES EFFECTIVE FOR STUDENTS ENROLLING AFTER JANUARY 1, 2025.

NEW IN 2025/2026!

HLCC will be offering DOOR DROP OFF in the AM for all class sessions. 
Parents will come into the building for pick up at the end of the day.

Please contact the director if your student would need placed with another student/family for transportation or other purposes.

We may be able to make drop off/pick up accommodations due to sibling school bus schedules. 

We are also happy to set up a payment schedule that better fits your family’s monthly budget!

PRESCHOOL
9 a.m. to Noon

  • 2 Day (T/Th):  $200/month
  • 3 Day (MWF):  $220/month
  • 5 Day (M-F):    $380/month

Preschool Lunch Bunch  (Noon to 1 p.m.), ADD:

  • 2 Day (T/Th):   $70/month
  • 3 Day (MWF):  $100/month
  • 5 Day (M-F):    $150/month

PRE-KINDERGARTEN
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  • 2 Day (T/Th):   $290/month
  • 3 Day (MWF):  $350/month
  • 4 Day (M-Th):  $410/month
  • 5 Day (M-F):    $465/month

Registration Fee:
$75
The registration fee is for both new and returning students.  This non-refundable fee must be paid before your child’s registration will be processed and a spot in a class is held for them.

Education Enhancement Fee:
$120
This one-time fee is for both new and returning students.  If you do not pay this fee at registration, you will receive an invoice when your registration is processed. 
This fee covers:

  • Two Field Trips
  • T-Shirt
  • Speech & Hearing Testing
  • Special Activities & Events

All forms must be completed prior to the first day of school!
Forms for 2025/2026 school year will be updated later this spring.

Registration begins in January for returning students and February for prospective students for the following school year. Tours of our facility are available by contacting the office at 740-964-6333.

When school starts each year, you will receive a password to access the secure portions of our website which includes classroom news, announcements, a school calendar and online photo gallery.
