Extended Before & After Care

Hours

  • 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
  • 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $6.00 per hour, billed in full hour increments.
Full after care from 3 – 5:30 p.m. is $15 per day.

Preschool Lunch Bunch
Noon to 1 p.m.

  • 2 Day (T/Th): $70/month
  • 3 Day (MWF): $100/month
  • 5 Day (M-F): $150/month

Registration

If you have not completed the preschool registration process, please do that first.  Make sure to indicate during registration that you will need before and/or after care.  After we have received your registration form and fee, we will send this link to you again as well as the enrollment packet with all student forms that will need to be completed before the first day of school.

Meals & Snacks
• Before care students arriving before 8 a.m. must pack a healthy snack (in addition to a snack and lunch for the school day).
• ALL after care students will need TWO snacks packed for the day (in addition to lunch, as well as a morning snack if attending before care).

Billing
• Payment Terms & Conditions disclosed on the Financial Obligation Form apply to extended care services.
• Sibling and pay in full (cash or check) discounts are available. Church activity rebate is not available.
• If school is cancelled, extended care is also cancelled.

Pickup & Late Pickup Fees
• Late pickups follow the standard HLCC late pickup policy.
• If a parent arrives when the door is locked, they must wait for staff to become available to unlock the door. This is for safety of the students and to maintain proper staff/student ratios in accordance with ODJFS policies.
