HLCC Rates for the 2023-2024 School Year
RATES EFFECTIVE FOR STUDENTS ENROLLING ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2023.
- Preschool 2 Day (T/Th)……….$180.00 per month
- Preschool 3 Day (MWF)………$210.00 per month
- Preschool 5 Day (M-F)………$355.00 per month
PRE-KINDERGARTEN – All Day (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
- Pre-K 2 Day (T/Th)……………..$250.00 per month
- Pre-K 3 Day (MWF)…………….$310.00 per month
- Pre-K 5 Day (M-F)…………….$510.00 per month
OTHER FEES:
Registration Fee: $100.00
The registration fee is for both new and returning students. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE, and must be paid before your child’s registration will be processed and a spot in a class is held for them. NOTE: $50.00 of this fee will be credited toward tuition in the fall.
Enhanced Educational Activity Fee: $120.00
This one-time fee is for both new and returning students. If you do not pay this fee at registration, you will receive an invoice when your registration is processed. This fee MAY BE refundable, depending on timing and circumstances of withdrawal.
This fee covers:
- Two Field Trips (one fall, one spring for your child & one guest)
- Preschool T-Shirt
- Speech & Hearing Testing
- Physical Education
- Music Education
- & Other Special Activities & Events
that Enhance Your Child’s Educational Experience!
The enhancement fee allows us to schedule activities and events without having to collect smaller amounts of money throughout the year.

All forms must be completed prior to the first day of school!
Registration begins in January for returning students and February for prospective students for the following school year. Tours of our facility are available by contacting the office at 740-964-6333 or lori.butts@hlccpreschool.org.
When school starts each year, you will receive a password to access the secure portions of our website which includes classroom news, announcements, a school calendar and online photo gallery.
**Terms and conditions for Ohio State Fair Registration Drawing**
Registration is completed when registration fee is paid in full. Family four pack includes four (4) advance admissions to the Ohio State Fair July 26-August 6. Does not include ride wristband or concert/event admission. No cash value. Tickets are mobile format through Ticketmaster, and will be transferred electronically to the winner. If tickets are unclaimed within 12 hours from the first drawing, a new winner will be selected every 12 hours until the prize is claimed. The first drawing will be held the morning of July 24, 2023. Winner will be contacted with the email used for registration. Winner will be announced on social media when the contest is complete.
